The coating and finishing of steel can significantly influence its long-term performance. Steel can be coated and finished in various ways depending on the intended application, resulting in increased durability, improved chemical resistance, higher tarnish resistance, and many other benefits.

Heat Treatment and Quenching
At LFBGroup, we conduct all HT processes such as Austenitization, Tempering, and Normalizing at our modern facility. Our facility is equipped with two identical high precision large box furnaces and a large circular quench tank, making it state-of-the-art.

3D Scanning And Model Creation (enabling virtualization)
Our company offers 3D scanning and modeling services to achieve three main objectives for our clients:
- Our 3D scanning and modeling services enable us to obtain accurate 3D CAD measurements and generate Solidworks files from existing parts. This allows us to optimize the design and/or remanufacture the parts before production.
- We offer an as-built drawing of the product that will be installed in our clients’ project, regardless of whether the product was manufactured by LFBGroup or a third party.
- Our 3D scanning and modeling services offer an alternative method for inspecting dimensions and verifying tolerances.
Our full external surface laser scanning technology boasts super high accuracy and has been proven to extend object size capabilities up to 100 feet.
