LFBGroup’s QMS covers all aspects of the production process, from design and engineering to fabrication, installation, and maintenance. The system includes strict quality control procedures, including material inspection, testing, and certification, as well as regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
LFBGroup Testing
Non-Destructive & Destructive Testing
LFBGroup conducts all required product testing in accordance with international standards and customer specifications, ensuring that the products supplied are safe and reliable for their intended use.
LFBGroup in-house non-destructive testing facilities include:
- Radiographic testing utilizing specialized Gamma Ray equipment
- Three spacious and secure radiographic chambers
- Positive Material Identification (PMI) machine
- Assortment of ultrasonic testing devices, both manual and automatic, featuring fault detection and thickness measurement capabilities
- Equipment for conducting liquid penetrant testing using a combination of water-washable, solvent-removable, fluorescent, and visible methods
- Comprehensive suite of magnetic particle testing equipment capable of conducting wet, dry, visible, fluorescent, AC, and DC tests
- Portable hardness testing devices, including comparison testers and rebound methods
- Hydraulic pressure testing equipment
- Ferritoscope used for determining Delta ferrite
- X-ray equipment capable of producing up to 320 kilovolts.
LFBGroup destructive testing facilities include:
- Bench hardness testers with a capacity range of HV 0.2 to 30 and HBN
- Servo-hydraulic tensile testing machines with computer control and a capacity range of up to 100 tons
- Instrumented drop weight tear testing equipment capable of handling up to 40,000 joules
- Optical emission spectrometer for analyzing both ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Impact testing machine for Charpy testing with a maximum capacity of 480 joules
